Great to see such a holistic view of fitness :-) Kickboxing has so many more benefits than what he has summarized... from the obvious gain in stamina, flexibility, weight loss and strength gain to subtler ones like better brain-body connections (which is probably what he meant by cognitive skills), an improved sense of balance, improved internal functions like digestion etc. Good to see someone spreading awareness and knowledge about this.
